Summer is over. It is time to lose weight fast

It is time to get to back to fat burning that is.

The summer is officially over once September comes around.  Kids are back in school, the vacations are over and life returns to a more normal routine.

This is about the time you realize that you ate too many burgers, brats and maybe had too many drinks over the last 3 months.

Most importantly you may have not met your bathing suit goals or met your other weight loss goals.

If you remember a while back I talked about taking it one day at a time and not letting your mistakes or failures completely defeat you.  The great thing about life is you can always start again the next day. 

Now that the distractions are out of the way let's get started with your transformation.

Today is a new day

Forget about the past and start right now

I know you can do it!
