Serious Fat Loss Problem #2
November 6, 2008 by Jayson Hunter
If you fail to plan then plan to fail.
I bet you thought I was going to give you another profound problem with why you can’t lose any weight.
Nope, same problem.
Any fat loss expert worth listening to will tell you the same: when you fail to plan your meals you plan to fail at weight loss.
It is that important to have a meal plan in place.
Here is another scenario I'm sure rings a bell with you to show you exactly what I mean.
It is a Saturday afternoon and you are running around with the family doing errands or just having fun together.
You ate breakfast this time at 7:30 am and now it is 3:00 pm. The only thing you had for lunch was a snack bag of chips for lunch.
It's Saturday so figure you'll eat dinner out tonight.
Which means you decide not to "spoil your appetite" by eating anything else beforehand.
Then the mayhem begins.
You devour the bread basket. The appetizer goes in a matter of seconds. You eat every calorie laden food on your plate. And what the heck, why not have some dessert?
All in all you've slammed down a few thousand calories in one sitting. Many more than your body needed.
When you add in the fact you wreaked havoc on your metabolism all day long by not eating, well, not a good day for fat loss. Not at all.
Fail to plan, plan to fail.
But fear not, my friend, because in tomorrow's newsletter I'm going to teach you how to plan for fat loss success.
Do NOT miss it.
