Low Carb Diet Uproar

There is a lot of uproar right now about some research that just came out in the New England Journal of Medicine. I was going to comment on it here, but I fellow colleague did a great job summarizing it.

Mike Roussell is a friend of mine and he did a wonderful job discussing this research and gave plenty of take home points about this research.
