Many people think they are eating healthy to achieve quick weight loss and really they are just sabotaging their diets because they are eating too much of these "health" foods or underestimating the amounts they actually ate.
Here are a few of the top "health" food culprits as well as healthier substitutions to achieve quick weight loss.
