Do You Want To Burn Fat on Super Bowl Sunday?

I know many of you reading this may not be fans of American Football. But be sure to read this hyper-critical update anyway.
Why?
Because whether or not it's for Super Bowl Sunday, or any other occasion, parties can be hazardous to your waistline.
