A Fast Weight Loss Tip to Help You Lose Fat

I got this great tip the other day from Kelly a reader of this blog.

For those 'addicted' to the sugary supermarket yogurts that taste great, but derail your rapid weight loss diet try this little trick.

Add a teaspoon of any flavor Crystal Lite to plain yogurt.  It creates the same flavor or you can also add fresh fruit to the yogurt (this is what I do).

Yogurt is a great fat loss food because it is a good source of protein and is low in calories.  The protein will help speed up your metabolism and promote calorie burning instead of fat storage. 

So if you are 'addicted' to the sugary yogurts give Kelly's tip a try and see how it can kickstart your fast easy weight loss.
