3 Mini Dress Tips To Lose Weight Fast

Jim: Good afternoon, this is Jim Labadie with another CarbRotationDietForAbs.com podcast with the star of the show, Mr. Jayson Hunter. Jayson, how are you today?
Jayson: I’m doing wonderful today.
Jim: We have three great tips for everybody who wants to lose weight fast. Three items, everybody should be consuming to help them lose weight quickly. So, Jayson, I know the first one is fiber. Why does it help us lose weight so fast?
Jayson: Well, one of the big things is fiber helps fill you up without eating a lot of food. So, when you’re looking at the processed fast food type things, they have hardly any fiber in them. So, you eat a lot more food. You don’t get as full as quickly, not to mention you pack on the calories. Well, when you eat a food that is full of fiber it’s going to help make you feel fuller quicker so that you don’t eat the same volume of food and, not to mention, fiber actually helps control blood sugar levels which as an end helps you burn more calories instead of storing those calories as fat. So, it’s kind of a few different reasons but two very important reasons are those right there in regards to it helps you cut down on the volume of food you eat so you’re calories are going to be lower and in regards to the physical spect of blood sugar control and insulin levels. It helps control that so that you’re body can burn more calories for energy rather them storing them as fat. And we only eat about 1/3 of what our normal daily fiber requirements should be so everyone could benefit from eating more fiber.
Jim: Everybody can benefit from eating more fiber so make sure you’re getting your fiber for rapid fat loss. So, next one is the “healthy fats”. So, what are some healthy fat food sources and how do they help us to lose weight quickly?
Jayson: Well, healthy fats would be anything under the Omega 3 Fatty Acid type category and beans and mono-unsaturated fat is what you’re looking for. But, ideally you’re looking for Omega 3 Fatty Acid and you get those primarily from fish oil or fish themselves, obviously. Cold water fish would be your best source, like salmon, tuna, mackerel, but Omega 3’s help because they help promote recovery, they help promote you to store less fat and can actually increase the metabolism so you burn more calories naturally throughout the day just by making sure you get plenty of Omega 3 Fatty Acids, and it actually helps block some of what’s called the “pre-fat cells” from turning into permanent fat cells. So, it’s actually pretty powerful in regards to, people are so fat-phobic in regards to, “I can’t eat fat. I can’t eat fat.” And actually you do need to be eating fat, it’s just you need to eat the right types of fat and the Omega 3 Fatty Acids is the best fat you could probably ingest. If you’re going to eat fat, make sure you try to get in some Omega 3s.
Jim: And now the last one, as I said it’s not necessary a nutrient it’s more of a food or a drink, but why should people be drinking green tea for rapid fat loss? How does it help, really help, or, what’s the truth about the green tea?
Jayson: Well, for years we’ve known it to be a very powerful antioxidant and research has been trying to figure out exactly where does it benefit us and a lot of it is from just the health standpoint. Lowering LDL cholesterol levels, inhibiting the formation of blood clots, and fighting inflammation and so forth, so your body’s able to function effectively so that it doesn’t have to try to store calories to repair itself and what not. Some of the newer research is showing that it may actually increase the rate of calorie burning and promote fat oxidation which is actually your body’s ability to use stored fat for energy. So, it’s helping with that and so, a lot of people are trying to go towards the green tea like supplements, but so far the research is really showing that it’s in the green tea itself. You know, the drink, and that the verdict is still out on, are they able to take those beneficial properties that are in green tea and put them into a pill or a capsule and still get the same effect in regards to the increase rate of calorie burning and promoting the fat oxidation. So, time will tell on that one. But for right now you definitely just want to stick to the green tea, the fluid, not go after, necessarily, the pills and powers because that information just hasn’t been proven yet.

Jayson: Increase your fiber intake. On average we only consume about 11 grams of fiber a day and we need to get in a minimum of 25 and ideally probably 30 grams of fiber a day.
