How To Banish PMS Symptoms

Todays post is brought to you today by Mike Geary of http://truthaboutabsecrets.com.
I recently saw a study that showed a proven method of significantly reducing the physical and emotional symptoms associated with Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS).
A double-blind, randomized clinical trial reported in the Journal of Alternative Medicine Review compared the effects of standard omega-3 fish oil vs. Neptune Krill Oil on the symptoms of PMS.
The study evaluated many variables of PMS in the study participants such as:
1. feeling suddenly sad, tearful, irritable, or angry
2. persistent and marked irritability or anger
3. marked anxiety, tension, or feelings of being "keyed up", or "on edge"
4. decreased interest in usual activities, e.g., work, friends, hobbies, etc.
5. getting easily fatigued or marked lack of energy
6. subjective sense of difficulty concentrating
7. marked change in appetite, overeating, or specific food cravings
8. hypersomnia or insomnia
9. other physical symptoms, such as breast tenderness or swelling, headaches, joint or muscle pain, sensation of bloating, or weight gain.
The outcome of the study concluded that Neptune Krill Oil can significantly reduce both the emotional and physical symptoms related to PMS, and is significantly more effective for management of dysmenorrhea and emotional PMS symptoms compared to standard omega-3 fish oil.
It was found that Neptune Krill Oil has a unique biomolecular profile of phospholipids, omega-3 fatty acids, and diverse antioxidants that surpasses the usual fish oil profile.
So the bottom line is that if you want to feel better and reduce your PMS symptoms, a useful solution may be to try taking Neptune Krill Oil instead of standard fish oil found at stores.
The highest quality Neptune Krill Oil I've found is only available online (the EFA Icon) at…

In addition to those benefits, studies have shown that Neptune Krill Oil has over 47 times the antioxidant power of fish oil! And genuine Neptune Krill Oil also contains over 300 times the antioxidant power of Vitamin A & E!
*Warning: If you are allergic to shellfish, have a blood coagulation disorder, or are taking anticoagulants such as Warfarin (Coumadin), consult a health care professional prior to use.

Hi Jayson,
First of all let me congratulate you on your emails and articles I have benefited greatly from them as support and as information.
I have a question for you that I hope you can address, over the last 2 years I have found my body shape has changed since I changed my job and started working at a desk.
My seated posture I believe has effected the abdominal folds of my body and my overall body shape?
I exercise 6 days per week minimal time frame 50mins and eat 5 small meals per day. I am currently 2-3kilos over my target weight and this is the norm for me I have never really been overweight since I had my children.
I sit behind the desk on an average 6 hours per day.
I am middle aged so I know this may have a factor in it but it can't be the only factor as I have younger colleagues also with rounded shoulders, and far more creases in there abdominal area than previously.
I would love to wear a swim suit again but this is not an option.
Help!
I have two things for you to do to improve your posture and stop the sagging so to speak.
1. When you are sitting pull your shoulders back and pinch your shoulder blades together. Try not to push your shoulders back, but use your muscles in the middle of your back and pull them back by squeezing your shoulder blades together.
2. Suck in your belly button towards your spine. Whenever sitting always try to suck this in. You can also perform an exercise where you suck in your belly button as hard as you can and hold for 10 seconds and then release. Repeat this for 10 reps and do this 3 times a day.
These two tasks will help you strengthen your postural muscles so you stand and sit tall and you will strengthen your abdominals that will help you show off a leaner stomach.
These exercises will help get rid of the creases that you are seeing.
