Top 10 Diet Mistakes

I know there are probably hundreds of top 10 diet mistakes articles and blog posts out on the internet today and many are accurate and many well aren't accurate.  Here is a top 10 that I really liked and really discusses the foundational principles you need to be successful with weight loss and diets.


I received this from sheknows.com and here are the top 10 diet mistakes.

1.  Dieting without resistance training
2.  Focusing on the scale
3.  Focusing on cardio
4.  Skipping breakfast
5.  Relying on pills
6.  Eating too little
7.  Eating out too much
8.  Emotional eating
9.  Lack of conistency
10.  Not enough sleep

Now I am not saying that these 10 mistakes aren't the only mistakes someone may be making, but if you correct these your nutritional foundation will be pretty solid for successful weight loss no matter what diet you follow.
