Fat Loss Extremists Who Never Lose Weight Fast

Does the subject heading sound like you?
Do you go to extremes when you are trying to lose weight fast?
Do whatever it takes to lose the weight fast?
Then wonder why the weight came back on once you lost it.
If so then you are a weight loss extremist.
This is someone who takes the all or nothing approach to weight loss and does everything humanly possible to lose weight fast.
The problem with this is that you didn't take the time to develop any good healthy habits so once the weight loss was over you reverted back to your old habits.
I gave a nutrition talk yesterday to the staff at my daughter Hailey's daycare and this seemed to be a common theme.
The "all or nothing" attitude and all of them seemed to have been on multiple diets in the past.
I will tell you what I told them.
Take it one step at a time. You will never form any good habits trying to do it all at once and expect miraculous permanent results.
You need to start with step 1 which is to take action by starting with one step at a time.
Then move forward from there one day and step at a time. When you take action you can get results like these.

I will repeat step 1 which is to take action and apply one step when it comes to weight loss. If that is purchasing a weight loss book like Amanda did then start there. Then start to apply the steps laid out in the book one day at a time.
Before you know it you will be losing weight faster than you ever imagined. Most importantly you will learn how to keep it off forever. Before you know you will be looking like this.
