Do Doctors Know How To Lose Weight Fast?

Let it be known that many doctors are very smart when it comes to nutrition and weight loss.  They study it and learn what works and what doesn't.

Then there are other doctors that only take the bare minimum of nutrition courses and then prescribe guidelines for suggestions such as this.

Try to go for a walk a few times a week.

Eat less food

Avoid fast food

You get the picture.  They don't really know what to suggest because they don't know themselves what works and what doesn't.

Learn what this Doctor thinks about dieting and what he turns to when he needs to get his clients to lose weight fast. 

I know you can do it!

I have read the Dress-Size-Reduction-Diet plan. PS:  If your weakness is taking action then I suggest you pick up a copy of the Dress Size Reduction Diet program right now.  The reason being is that I submitted my book proposal to the literary agent this last weekend and he mentioned that if they pick up the book I will have to pull the current version off the internet right away.  It may be over a year before the print version comes out so if taking action is your weakness I urge you to throw your weakness to the side and act now before it is too late.
