A Wonderful Valentines Day Dinner To Shed Unwanted Fat Fast

I just finished planning our dinner for tonight. Since my daughter still has a bad cough and my wife Liane is now getting Hailey's cough we decided to stay home and have a nice dinner here.
I picked out a great Rachael Ray recipe from her Rachael Ray 365: No Repeats Cookbook called Chicken in a Horseradish Pan Sauce over Orange and Herb Couscous. My substitution to make this recipe healthier is to not use the half and half in the recipe for the pan sauce. Instead of a heavy cream based sauce it will based more from chicken broth and horseradish sauce.
Today is our normal carb day so we don't have to limit our starch intake and can enjoy as much Orange and Herb Couscous as we want.
Our 30 day belly fat transformation is going well so far and I will give you some updates early next week on our progress.

I am about to tell you about a great recipe to add to your [tag]healthy weight loss program[/tag] that can also be easily modified into two other great recipes.
If you haven't tried Rachael Ray's recipes yet I highly suggest you do because they are loaded with great nutrients and ingredients that will help you burn fat fast.
If you want to know how to lose 10 pounds fat well here is tip #1. Start eating meals that encourage fat loss.
This recipe today is called Tangy Cherry Chicken.
It consists of extra virgin olive oil (great essential fatty acid source), lean chicken and of course dried cherries (a great antioxidant).

For variety you can easily modify this recipe to Golden Raisn and Almond Chicken as well as Spicy Spanish Raisin and Olive Chicken.

I have another great recipe for you from Rachael Ray. It is called Grilled Swordfish Salad. It is recipe number 263 from her 365: No Repeats Cookbook.
Why is this recipe great?
Because it contains Extra Virgin olive oil which is a heart healthy oil that contains [tag]essential fatty acids[/tag].
It also includes swordfish which you all know I have mentioned the wonderful benefits of fish and the Omega 3 fish oils you get when eating fish.
This Rachael Ray recipe also contains a nice variety of vegetables to get in plenty of fiber, anti-oxidants and numerous vitamins and minerals.
